Specialist for Digital Learning Systems &
Training Development (m/f/d)


  • You are the owner of digital learning technology at IFS and a strong contributor to the business unit´s digital strategy
  • You drive continuous improvements and innovation of our technology platforms and solutions in close relationship with our IT and technology vendors
  • You develop innovative digital trainings and curricula for effective delivery and “to show what great looks like”
  • You coach training developers and subject matter experts in other functions on consistent, high quality training development


  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Digital Learning Systems and training development / instructional design
  • Experience collaborating across many functional areas (such as consulting, finance, product) and on a global level, ideally related to the development of training programs
  • Strong communication (written and verbal) in English language
  • Passion for and good understanding of technology (e.g. LMSs, HTML, integration, data management)
  • Good business acumen and results orientation
  • Enthusiastic, fun, flexible and demonstrates a willingness to learn!
  • MBA or equivalent masters preferred
